A Victorian silver sugar sifter with cast finial in the form of the crest of the Nottinghamshire Borough of Mansfield with the word ‘Mansfield’ on the reverse, a twisted stem and a bowl with a crimped edge. Hallmarked in Birmingham in 1897 but the makers mark is unclear. The sifter measures 12.5cm by 4.5cm and weighs 27.1g.
